This spot is for all of us who truly love our pets. Spectacular selection, the gentleman that always seems to be working is super friendly, super knowledgeable and super helpful. So many food and treat options especially if your pet is a picky eater. Can't say enough positive things about this place. And it's local, not a chain, so support one of the few local pet places left!

Absolutely love it here!!! Eric is the best person you could ever find to help you with all your pets needs. He is a very kind, empathetic, intelligent man who is always making me laugh and smile and he offers the best advice filled with knowledge and sincerity. His recommendations and support are truly priceless, especially after my cats started developing health issues — I always feel like I am not alone in their health journey. The store itself is perfect! An endless selection of healthy pet food with a wide variety of kibble, canned, frozen, raw, dried, baked, you name it!! They’ve really catered their selection to put your pets health first. I trust that my cats aren’t just eating a bunch of garbage pet food, they’re getting quality ingredients from the selection offered here. They also have a wide selection of treats, toys, scratching posts, litters, etc etc there’s plenty of goodies! This store is top of the line and compared to other specialty pet stores, the pricing is excellent. (For example, Pet Mama up the street is charging 3.99 for a bag of treats that Pet Uno is charging 3.49 for). I love this store! Thank you so much Eric and the rest of the team for all that you do!

Prices are competitive. Good quality items. I bring my dog here for grooming. It's a fantastic experience. My dog is very attached to me and doesn't easily go with just anyone. She will go with this groomer (albeit reluctantly) and always comes out happy and as cute as a button. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else now. Very professional and experienced. Highly recommend.

My dog buddy has been a proud customer of pet Uno’s for over four years in the time we have been in the neighborhood. We only get our hair cut and it is always fantastic. As for customer service. They are all great and Eric continues to amaze.

Although this store is slightly out of my neighbourhood, I was aware of it because of their support for rescues like Annex Cat Rescue. During the pandemic I came to rely on them, for the range of things in the store, for the knowledge of the staff, and for their pandemic delivery service. I now continue to come there, as the staff are knowledgeable about feline health and nutrition needs and are attentive about putting cases of things aside. Judgmental calico seal of approval!

This shop is so Amazing. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The joy they have for animals is beautiful. So much to look at, the options are quite imitless, for foods and treats. The selections are top notch for your pets household needs. EVEN!...for clothing and toys. My first time going there took my breath away. I must’ve been in there at least two hours.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. Incredible service, great prices, free delivery, and all the staff are obviously animal lovers. My dog drags us here on every walk.

The numero uno place for the quality, affordability and overall variety of any and all pet supplies. Their staff are so attentive and clearly love and care for all their furry clients. Better still, they offer grooming services and my little Lana looked absolutely lovely (even better than the photo 😒) after getting a groom.

We love Pet Uno! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and we love supporting the neighbourhood. Bonus, they do next-day deliver for heavy and large orders!

Samantha is an amazing pet groomer! She was patient and gentle with my dog, which made her feel comfortable from start to finish. The grooming was done beautifully with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Samantha to anyone looking for a Fantastic groomer.
